A lovely thing about this specific Brut style sparkling wine is how versatile it can be.

You can pair it with a big bowl of buttery popcorn or, if you’re feeling fancy, pair it with a cheese spread and oysters.

You can also just bust this out on its own for a special occasion, or a Tuesday afternoon to celebrate making it through a long day.

How it's made

We begin by creating a Cuvée, French for blend, of low alcohol, high acid dry white wine that will serve as the “base wine” for the bubbly. Our Cuvée is a beautiful blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The base wine then is bottled and blended with a sugar-yeast mixture and capped to initiate secondary fermentation. The French call this process “Liqueur de Triage”. The bottles are then aged on the lees, dead yeast, for an extended period of time.

Our wine was made in the Brut style, having less than 12 g/l residual sugar. Cobblestone Cuvée is a crisp refreshing sparkling wine with notes of white peach and flavors of poached apple, lemon curd and ginger biscuit.
