How it's made
We Harvest our grapes early in the morning to make sure this Rosé has plenty of fresh acidity. Grapes are picked at 22 Brix to ensure low alcohol dry rosé. Fruit is pressed off of the skins immediately; if we did not blend in Alicante Bouschet Grapes the wine would be almost white!
